The MY Martial Arts Dojo Elite is an advanced class for those willing to put the work in and take their martial arts seriously. Dojo Elite members will have access to extra training and therefore have the potential to progress through the ranks at a faster rate without compromising on skill or experience.
The Cadet program is for kids aged 7-11 and is designed to give your child everything they need to thrive in life from physical fitness and confidence through to improved school work and respect for others.
Our classes are loved by the students, parents and their teachers because we make them fun and encourage the children to grow into young responsible adults in a natural way. All young student will recieve a 'homework' sheet once a month. The 'homework' form helps both parents and teachers and help reinforce positive behaviour.

The adult class is a high intensity class that incorporates staple exercises from traditional karate, boxing and kickboxing These are combined with modern day fitness principles to offer a full flavour workout that will leave you hungry for more.
Enjoying stress reducing pad work, in combination with circuits and body weight excercises you will fight your way to getting fitter, stronger, leaner and faster. Each session you’ll burn approximately 500 or more calories. You’ll work through a variety of exercises for the whole body.
Being a member of MY Martial Arts means you are member of a large team. As with any team even the star plays need to be coached and kept at the top of their game. Coaches and assistant coaches are invited to regular training to ensure they are consistently maintaining a high standard themselves so each coach is always giving his or her best to their students.
